One area criminal got more than he bargained for when he reportedly broke into a Southwest Atlanta home early this morning.According to authorities, Jerome Davis, 34, of Atlanta was killed when he allegedly broke into the home of an Atlanta woman and her 11-year-old child. Police say the woman stabbed the suspect after he broke into the family's residence on Springdale Road just after 3 a.m.
Authorities said that when Davis reportedly lunged toward the woman, whose name was not released, she stabbed the suspect in the chest.
