Police in Cobb County say that a Marietta man will not face charges after shooting another man Saturday evening in his home.According to authorities, Ellis, 38, shot and killed John Harrison, 33, of Palmetto, after Harrison reportedly showed up at his residence demanding money.
Police say that a struggle ensued, with Ellis taking a gun away from Harrison and shooting him.
Ellis, who was wounded in the leg, reportedly knew the victim.
