Authorities reported they have arrested the second teenager wanted in the alleged kidnapping of a camp counselor from a Fulton County detention center.According to police, Zvia Moon, 17, was arrested in Monroe County, with the second teen, who reportedly is 16 years of age and weighs more than 400 pounds, being taken into custody this afternoon by Athens-Clarke County law enforcement.
The two reportedly overpowered and kidnapped counselor James Green from the former Lorenzo Benn Youth Development Camp on Bakers Ferry Road in southwest Atlanta following a struggle.
Baker, who was reportedly thrown from his vehicle, was being treated at a hospital in Monroe.
