Michael Vick's name continues to make headlines as the former NFL star tries to reshape his image after going to jail over charges of running a dogfighting operation in Georgia and Virginia.The Florida Attorney General's office is suing Showbiz Promotions that produces a dog toy resembling and named after the suspended one-time starting QB for the Atlanta Falcons.
According to the lawsuit, Jacksonville-based Showbiz Promotions claimed it would donate proceeds from the sale of the dog chew toy to animal shelters, however failed to make any donations.
