An alleged kidnapping of a 12-year-old girl near Harper Archer Middle School on Monday has sent one man to jail.According to authorities, DeJuan Marshall allegedly tried to kidnap the youngster on her way to school. Marshall was reportedly spotted by a school police officer holding up traffic on Fairburn Road.
Marshall, who eventually drove off, was reportedly talking to the student, who was then interviewed by police.
Police later arrested Marshall, who was slated to be in court today.
