Tough economic times continue around the area, as Grady Health System noted Wednesday that it is cutting 150 positions.According to a hospital spokesperson, the reduction does not include any major medical or patient care positions and includes positions at all levels of the organization.
The spokesperson added that the Grady team remains committed to providing the best quality medical care in the region even as it continues to deliver more than $250 million in free care per year.
