One man is dead after police say an alleged robbery went bad.According to police, a couple leaving the Graveyard Tavern late Wednesday night were held up by a lone black gunman. Police say the male victim drew his own gun and shot [the] suspect six times, killing him on the spot.
The couple were released, and police say no charges will be filed at this time.
The shooting took place about two miles from where a bartender was gunned down last week at the Standard Food and Spirits.
