Fayetteville police have arrested a teacher and charged him with child molestation.According to Fayetteville police, Earl William Howe was arrested on Tuesday. Police allege that Howe inappropriately touched a female student at Cleveland Elementary School back in 2007.
The alleged victim devulged the information during a counseling session in another school district, after her family relocated.
Howe was in custody at the Fayette County Jail on a $44,000 bond.
