Ex-Girlfriend Arrested After DeKalb County Salon Owner Killed

Police have made an arrest in the shooting death of a DeKalb County salon owner Thursday evening on Buford Highway.

The owner of Ermy's Hair Salon, Gebeyehu Erimias Awoke, was killed after allegedly being shot by his ex-girlfriend, Rodas Peklu.

Peklu, 23, was arrested on murder charges and is currently in the DeKalb County Jail.
