Atlanta-based Ebix Inc., an international developer and supplier of software and e-commerce solutions to the insurance industry, has completed the acquisition of San Diego-based Insurance BPO - Confirmnet Corporation.The acquisition supplements Ebix’s market share in the certificate tracking business and puts Ebix in a leadership position on both the issuance and tracking side of insurance certificates.
The acquisition is expected to be accretive to Ebix earnings per share in the near and long term future.
