A Milton High School senior died early Tuesday morning following a single vehicle accident on New Providence Road near Dorris Road.According to authorities, Adam Stephens, 18, was killed shortly after 2:30 a.m. when the vehicle he was a passenger in left the road and struck a telephone pole. Two other occupants, Andrew London, 18, the driver, and his 16-year-old brother, were both taken to the hospital, with the younger boy in serious condition.
Initial reports are that the older London boy faces multiple charges.
According to police, alcohol and speed likely factored into the crash.
