A man was shot and killed early this morning in Clayton County during a home invasion inside a residence at the Poplar Springs Apartment.According to authorities, the victim was the boyfriend of a woman who was living at the apartment with her two children. Both the woman and the kids escaped unharmed.
Authorities did not identify the victim who was killed. No arrests have been made as of early afternoon, according to police.
