A pair of adults are facing charges after police said they found a teenager dancing at a Lilburn bar.According to Gwinnett County authorities, Lucky Billiards on Indian Trail-Lilburn Road was a front for an illegal strip club.
Undercover officers said they were looking into drug and prostitution complaints when they found the 15-year-old dancer working inside. The girl had reportedly been dancing at the establishment for nearly six months.
Police took into custody the bar's owner, Jay Kim, 45, of Norcross, and a dancer, Whitney Blackburn, 21, of Acworth, on misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
