Police have arrested a Duluth man who they say impersonated an officer and raped a woman last year.According to the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Fugitive Unit, Preston Kennedy Mitchell, 47, was taken into custody for falsely informing a woman he was a police officer and showing her a badge and gun before raping her last February.
Police obtained warrants for Mitchell's arrest, and he was taken into custody on Monday at a local gas station.
