Tracey Michelle Tipton, girls basketball coach at Collins High School in Suwanee, was arrested early Sunday morning after Gwinett police reportedly spotted her car weaving on I-85.According to authorities, Tipton is facing driving under the influence of alcohol charges. Tipton, who agreed to a breath test, reportedly recorded 0.166, double the legal limit (0.08).
Tipton, who coached the Screaming Eagles to state titles in 2005-06 and 2006-07, reportedly told the arresting officer at the time she was pulled over that she had a few drinks at a holiday party.
