A small plane with a pair of people on board made an emergency landing late this morning on a highway in the northern Atlanta suburbs.According to authorities, the Italian-made Sky Arrow plane was headed for the Cobb County Airport at 11:20 a.m. when the pilot reported smoke in the cockpit along with engine failure.
The pilot landed on U.S. Highway 41 and then taxied the plane into a nearby subdivision.
No injuries were reported with the emergency landing.
