Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS) has moved to a new, larger customer call facility in Cartersville, and added 30 employees.According to a company spokesperson, having the call center in Cartersville allows the company greater access to graduates from several technical schools.
IBBS offers software and services for cable operators and broadband Internet service providers.
